Ocean Capital Partners is an international company specialising in port management offering a unique proposal to the market.

We cover the whole value chain within a maritime port, integrating different perspectives and skills. We pinpoint and create business opportunities that we then follow through to fruition. We are local and global: we have a strong presence in Spain, our home market, and a solid international track record.

OIM

Ocean Infrastructures Management (OIM) is the consulting subsidiary of Ocean Capital Partners. Ocean Infrastructures Management (OIM) is the consulting arm of Ocean Capital Partners group. we offer holistic technical, commercial, business and investment advice within the port and maritime sectors, thus providing comprehensive end-to-end services.

Terminals

We are the leading passenger terminal operator in Spain. Since 2016 we have been successfully running Malaga’s Marine Complex as concession holders, managers and controlling shareholders. Since 2019, we have been managing the Algeciras passenger terminal , one of the most important ports in Europe.

Marinas

One of the most emblematic of our projects is the superyacht marina in Malaga. With 31 berths for yachts between 30 and 180 metres long, IGY Malaga Marina arose from a strategic alliance with Island Global Yacht, the world’s leading operator of luxury marinas, which has a minority stake in the project.
