DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such Personal Data (“GDPR” ) below, we inform you of our Privacy Policy:

1. COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING.

OCEAN CAPITAL PARTNERS, S.L., a Spanish company with C.I.F. nº B88613914, located at Calle Serrano, 16- 3º izq. (28001) Madrid, is the company responsible for data processing.

This Privacy Policy defines the data processing that OCP will carry out on the data that you, as a user (“User” or “You”) of the website www.ocp.es (hereinafter, “Web Wite”) freely provide to OCP, either to request commercial information, contact OCP, request newsletters about OCP products and services, or access the Portal, which can be accessed through the Website, as well as make a donation to the Ocean Solidarity Foundation. All of the foregoing may be done through the website (all of which are collectively referred to as “Procedures”).

2. PROCEDURES AND LEGITIMACY TO CARRY OUT DATA PROCESSING.

User Personal Data collected through the Procedures available on the Website are collected by OCP for the following purposes:

  • i. Request commercial information or contact OCP.
  • ii. Request newsletters.
  • iii. Access the customer portal, if authorized by OCP.
  • iv. Make a donation to the Ocean Solidarity Foundation through the form provided on the website.

The User may revoke his consent in each commercial communication transmitted to him or by exercising his right to object to the processing of Personal Data as set forth in paragraph 7.

OCP will only collect the Personal Data necessary to achieve the purpose that you freely, consciously and unequivocally consent to by accepting this Privacy Policy, which you expressly accept in the Procedures.

In this sense, and in accordance with the GDPR, the free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent of the User is the action that legitimizes OCP to process his or her Personal Data.

3. DATA AUTHENTICITY

The User guarantees that the Personal Data provided to OCP are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them. Therefore, the User is fully responsible for the authenticity of the Personal Data sent to OCP.

4. DATA STORAGE.

The Personal Data will be kept for the time deemed necessary to carry out the project for which they were collected, as long as the consent given is not revoked. Subsequently, if necessary, the information will be stored for the legally established period of time.

In case the Personal Data is communicated to OCP by sending your curriculum vitae, it will be kept for one year, starting from the date of the last update. At the end of such period, assuming no updates have been made, the Data will be deleted unless You indicate otherwise.

5. DATA TRANSMISSION.

OCP informs the User that his Personal Data may be provided to other OCP entities in order to fulfill the purpose entrusted.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA.

Personal Data obtained through the Website will not be subject to international transfers. In the event that any such transfer is required, OCP will duly inform the User and will take all necessary measures to ensure that the level of protection required by European law is applied to the processing of his Personal Data.

7. RIGHTS OF THE USER IN RELATION TO THE DATA.

The User has the right to (i) access your Personal Data, as well as (ii) request the correction of incorrect Personal Data, (iii) request the deletion of such Data, (iv) request that the processing of their Personal Data be restricted, (v) object to the processing of their Personal Data, and (vi) request that they be transferred.

The User may exercise all these rights by proving his/her identity with a means of identification by e-mail to admin@ocp.es or by post to the following address :

8. DATA SECURITY.

Personal data protection and privacy are of utmost importance to OCP. Therefore, in order to prevent the loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized access and theft of Personal Data provided through the Website, OCP maintains the levels of protection of Personal Data in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Furthermore, OCP and its experts undertake to comply with their duty of secrecy and confidentiality with respect to Personal Data, in accordance with the GDPR.

9. ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions of protection of Personal Data, accepting and consenting to the processing of such data by OCP, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and for the purposes of the User.
